Beech Street is an adaptive reuse of a locally well known building circa 1900, which converts it into a mixed-use complex of 43 affordable apartments and 4,000 SF of commercial and artist studio space. The 
units will be marketed with the intention of attracting creative types and turning a run-down factory into a vibrant artist community. The commercial space will be used for ArtFusion 19464, a local non-profit that provides affordable creative arts education to all.
