Bayshore Village at Middletown is a 110 unit affordable senior housing project. After super-storm Sandy, the area was hard hit leaving seniors with limited incomes in great need of affordable housing. Bayshore Village offers units in one or two bedroom options. The project received funding from the Board of New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) as part of its federal Sandy recovery funds. The project aims to help rehouse seniors in a state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient community offering modern amenities and comfort.
