Atwater Village, originally envisioned as an office/industrial park surrounding a former quarry, has been developed into a new residential neighborhood composed of 879 residences on 117 acres of land. The 
community is comprised of 326 apartments and 553 for-sale homes, including a variety of townhome styles, twins, and single family detached homes. The master plan includes an interconnected framework of streets, parks, and open spaces that will create a timeless neighborhood for those wishing to live close to both their jobs and shopping opportunities.
