Last week, BartonPartners’ Windsor Station Team, Matthew Koenig, Matt Henigan, Jason Singer and Gosia Primavera attended the groundbreaking for the new two building, $22 million apartment complex. Mayor Donald Trinks also attended the ceremonial event. Lexington Partners is developing the project with 130 luxury apartments, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studios. The development will include amenities such as a fitness center, community space, outdoor grilling and a dog park. Windsor Station Apartments is scheduled to open in the fall 2016.
