SOKO Lofts Receives CDR Approval

BartonPartners is pleased to announce that the Philadelphia City Planning Commission has recommended the approval of the SOKO Lofts Project in the South Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia. Working closely with our client, Canus Corporation, as well as their attorneys, Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, BartonPartners successfully navigated the project through the city’s new Civic Design Review Process.
