The Springhaven Club in Wallingford, PA is a private club redesigned as a multi-level dining terrace and outdoor amenity space. The existing site had a four season porch space that has been redesigned and constructed to transform the space into a more informal gathering area for the members. The space now includes a covered porch area, outdoor grills, casual seating, and a fire pit feature. Indoor improvements include renovated dining rooms, pre function room, main ballroom room, and main dining room with new carpeting, wall finishes, lighting, and furniture. Through the use of materials and products the design transformed an older clubhouse building into a more attractive dining and gathering area.
