
In this challenging economy, we have maintained our success by being nimble and adaptive to shifting market demands. In addition to full architectural and interior design services, much of our current work is focused on the repositioning of under-utilized sites and buildings, previously entitled or built for uses no longer viable in today’s market. For these projects, we work with office, retail, or light industrial developers, while networking with our more traditional base of residential developers, who may serve as partners for our commercial clients in their effort to reposition their projects to more viable/mixed uses. We also work closely with local municipalities, to support our clients through the entitlements process, including assistance with the drafting of modified zoning regulations.
