Conifer Village Anticipated Opening in September

Conifer Village at Cape May is a three-story, wood-framed building that embraces 90 affordable apartments for seniors of the South Jersey seaside community of Cape May County. As designed by BartonPartners, the building includes exterior apartment balconies and terraces, and interior community facilities. The project was designed in accordance with New Jersey’s Green Futures program and will feature photovoltaic solar panels and high-performance windows to keep energy costs low. In anticipation of opening in September, Conifer Realty LLC has started to place tenants on a waiting list. Read more about it here.
