Oxford Mills Helps Revitalize Kensington Neighborhood

BartonPartners designed the $38 million mixed-use development with 114 apartments, 38,000 square feet of office space and a 1,3000 square foot café in a revitalizing South Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project is the adaptive reuse of a former factory complex that been underutilized for years. Community Integrated Services recognizes BartonPartners

For over 6 years, BartonPartners has employed Harry through a program with Community Integrated Services.  On May 22, we received the "Exceptional Employer Award" in recognition of this. Community Integrated Services places individuals with disabilities into gainfully employed positions.
