40 Park Named “Best of the Best” in National Multifamily Award Competition

40 Park has been recognized as the “Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community” by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) at the annual Pillars of the Industry Awards Program. The smart growth, mixed use condominium contributes to the overall downtown redevelopment of Morristown, NJ. Making the most of the historical setting on the Morristown Green, this project combines luxury living with first class retail. This project was designed by BartonPartners for Rosewood, a partnership of Roseland Property Company and Woodmont Properties.
The Pillars of the Industry Awards brings you the best in multifamily design, from low-rise to mixed use, in rentals and condos. They also honor the best marketing campaigns, as well as the top developers and property managers in the industry. The awards were announced on December 8, 2010.
